The Canine Hydrotherapy Association
 

Hainault Hydrotherapy Centre operate the following terms & condition.

bullet point Whilst every care is taken, all dogs receive hydrotherapy treatment entirely at their owner’s risk.
   
bullet point All treatment courses, including those to be part of an insurance claim, shall be paid for on the day of the treatment.

bullet point Dogs will not be treated without prior authorisation of their veterinary surgeon.
   
bullet point Bitches in season will not be able to attend sessions until their season has finished.
   
bullet point Dogs with infectious or contagious condition, such as ear, eye or skin infections will not be treated until the condition is clear.
   
bullet point Please do not feed your dog at least 3 hours prior to attending an appointment.
   
bullet point Keep your dog on a lead at all times as other visitors may not be friendly.
   
bullet point Session fees will be charged in full if an appointment is missed or cancelled without 24 hours notice.
